Return Policy

All sales of medical tests and supplies from Proven Medical Testing are considered final. Once a medical product has been purchased and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. The reasons below explain why this policy exists and the narrow exceptions under which we will review a claim.

Why our return policy is strict

Safety and sterility. Medical tests and single-use surgical kits are sterile products. Once they leave our controlled storage environment, we cannot verify that sterility has been maintained, and returning them into inventory would risk downstream patient safety.

Product integrity. Rapid diagnostic tests are temperature- and humidity-sensitive. Because we cannot audit the storage conditions at a receiving facility, we cannot restock and resell product once it has been delivered.

Regulatory compliance. FDA-registered medical devices are subject to strict rules on distribution, handling, and disposal. Accepting open-market returns would expose Proven Medical Testing and our customers to regulatory risk.

Risk of contamination or tampering. Opened or partially used product cannot be verified for contamination, making it ineligible for resale for the protection of every practice we serve.

Operational efficiency. A blanket no-return policy on medical supplies keeps our prices low and our supply chain reliable. Offsetting the cost of handling returns would raise per-unit pricing for every customer.

Exceptions: when we will review a claim

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations, reviewed on a case-by-case basis:

  • Defective product: a product that fails to perform within manufacturer specifications due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect shipment: we shipped you the wrong product, the wrong quantity, or a product different from what was ordered.
  • Damaged shipment: the shipment arrived with carton damage affecting the product, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.

How to file a claim

Email info@provenmedtest.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging. Include the lot number printed on the carton or pouch if the claim involves a defect. Our team will respond within one business day. Resolutions, replacement, credit, or refund are determined based on the nature of the claim and in compliance with applicable health and regulatory guidelines.
